Our home is in Bray, a coastal town just outside of Dublin. The house was built in the 1930s but has been renovated to suit modern family life. It is a short walk to the seafront where there are many cafes and restaurants. We are well served by public transport with easy access to Dublin city centre either by train or bus. In addition to being close to Dublin city, it is also situated within easy access to amazing countryside and beaches along the east coast.

The rear of the house looks onto green fields that back onto Bray Head. Sometimes there are horses that graze in this field and there are sheep and goats in the surrounding fields. In the kitchen diner our glass windows have been maximized to offer incredible views of Bray Head and the many birds that come to visit our garden.

The house is very spacious and has a big kitchen diner which is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining! There are also 2 separate living rooms in the house. The front sitting room has plenty of books for people to read and relax in and the other sitting room which backs onto the garden has a projector and a corner sofa for people to play video games and films on. We have 4 spacious bedrooms with the main bedroom having a king size bed. One bedroom has 2 single beds and 2 other rooms with seperate single beds. We have 2 bathrooms with showers and a downstairs toilet.

Our garden has 2 seating areas with a patio heater and a Weber barbeque . We also have a table tennis table and plenty of footballs for the kids! We also have 2 kayaks and 5 bikes available for use.

Inside the house we have plenty of board games, books and lego to entertain as well as a projector which you can watch films, sky T.V or computer games on.
