We live in the quiet, safe multi-cultural Sunset/Parkside neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We are walking distance to 25+ restaurants, banks, public library, & shopping. The bus stop is 2 blocks from our home and the tram is 4 blocks away. Available 2+ weeks between June -August, 2022 as we will be traveling with our daughter and grandson. Open to exchanges from 1-4 weeks for two people between August to June, 2023.

Our 3-bedroom fully furnished, hardwood-floor Marina style home has lots of living space surrounded by art, books, quilts, and overlooking the garden. Marina style homes are built with the dining room and hallway opening to an enclosed patio in the middle of the house. There is one newly remodeled bathroom with a bidet and jacuzzi bath. One bedroom has a double bed; the other bedroom has a single bed. Both bedrooms have windows overlooking the garden and Sutro Tower. Downstairs is a studio apartment with three beds and remodeled bathroom and kitchen.

There are two flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom with cable connections to +100 channels; Bose radio/stereo system in living room and kitchen; a fast wireless internet network. The downstairs bedroom has a flat screen and wireless internet as well and leads directly to the garden.

We have a good-sized flower garden and deck. It's surprising how many hours are spent bird watching from our bedroom windows. We'll leave lots of birdseed.

Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Street parking in the Sunset/Parkside area is easily available and/or in the driveway.
