Quiet and green location surrounded by trees, three nice coffee shops in close proximity. Very good shopping facilities and connection to public transport. The main train station can be reached by bus in 5 minutes, on foot in 15 minutes. A school with a playground (fountain, ping-pong tables, basketball hoops, volleyball net, soccer field) is directly across the street from the house. Around the corner there are three beautiful parks. The river is also nearby. You can reach two river baths in three minutes on foot. To the lake it takes 20 minutes. There are four of us (2 adults, 2 kids) living in the apartment equipped with three lockable rooms and an open living/kitchen area. No without balcony, but a loggia and a garden sitting area in front of the house.
