Dúplex appartment in Bagà (Barcelona Pyrenees), Spain

Quiet duplex in a little town located in front of Cadi Natural Park, perfect for walking in the mountains, BTT, horse riding and to relax after a day of visiting Barcelona or shopping in Andorra. Also possible to make a short trip to nice beaches of Costa Brava.
Very well conected to Barcelona by highway (trip around 1hrs 30 mins). Near Puigcerdà (30 minutes by car) for tourism and around 70 kms away from Andorra (ideal for shopping because of lower taxes).
The appartment was build in 2007 and it has around 90 square meters. In the first floor there is the kitchen, a master bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower, the dining room-living room with comfortable sofas and a balcony in front of the river, the forest and the mountains. In the second floor there is another master room, a complete bathroom with bathtub and a big room with 4 beds.
At less than 300 meters there´s a big public swimming pool, tennis court, picnic area with tables and benches, and recreational children´s park (see pictures)
The village is around 2.000 inhabitants, but there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants, bank offices, chemist´s, and enough shops to find the essential thinks.
