House in Djursholm, Sweden

With walking distance to the subway, only 9 km from centre of Stockholm, you find this spacy house close to nature.

Close to the city and close to nature in nice villa surroundings. Perfect for combining city trips with excursions to the magnifcient Stockholm archipelago. Take a bike to swim in the baltic sea or a day excursion in Mälaren.

We are a family with 2 daughters, 13 and 11. We have exchanged three times to France, twice through friends and once through Intervac. We are now looking for an exchange summer 2018

We want to be close to the ocean and enjoy a swimming pool. Prefer smaller than bigger cities. Appriciate markets, old towns, spectacular nature and good food. We know we can find this in France, but maybe in Spain, Portugal or Italy as well?

The house has three outdoor sitting groups, for morning sun and evening sunset. A generous kitchen and living room. Master bedroom upstairs with a nice view overlooking the fields. Two childrens bedroom nearby, equiped with regular sized beds. Extra queen size bed in a guest room in the basement. Can fit a family with up to four children.
