We live about 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs in the Mohave desert of southern California. Rancho Mirage is a community close to and just east of Palm Springs. From October through April the desert is warm (65-85 F) and inviting for golf, swimming, sun bathing, bicycling, hiking, etc. In the summer months it can get up to 115. Our home has solar panels to keep you cool and comfortable. The house has expansive views of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains. A heated swimming pool and spa are available; the pool temperature is maintained at a comfortable 88 F degrees year round. Rancho Mirage is a balanced combination of proximity to Palm Springs, Joshua Tree National Park, and a relaxing desert refuge. The house is centrally located to visit the greater Los Angeles area (2 hours), San Diego (2 hours), and Las Vegas (5 hours by car). We are 10 minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport. Generally, we can be flexible about travel dates.
