Grande maison familiale dans le vignoble, Sud de la France
Dear Intervac friends,
We are a family of 5 : 2 parents and 3 children of 12, 10 and 7 years old. Our kids are homeschooled so we are ready to travel almost all year long. We have 3 cats who live mostly in the garden but need to be fed.
We live in a small town called GAILLAC near TOULOUSE in the South-West of France. The region OCCITANIE is rich of vineyards, historical villages from the Cathar era. We are 20 minutes from Albi and 45 minutes from Toulouse.
Our house has 3 floors, on 140m² including : a living-room, a dining-room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a terrasse with a swimming pool during summer days, a garden, 2 toilets (one dry toilet and one "classic"), a bathroom, a playroom which can be converted into a bedroom if needed, two bedrooms, a bookroom, a dressingroom, a balcony and an attic.

About the neighborhood
Notre quartier est calme, principalement résidentiel, situé entre le centre-ville et la gare. Il y a un marché de plein air le mardi soir, le vendredi matin et le dimanche matin. De nombreux petits commerces (boulangeries, restaurants, cafés, épiceries...) sont à 5 minutes à pied. Il y a deux parcs : un à 5 minute à pied avec un skate park et des terrains de football, et un autre parc à 10 minutes de marche avec une aire de jeux pour les enfants, un étang, une roseraie le long du fleuve Tarn.
Vous pouvez facilement prévoir des déplacements en train ou en car avec la gare qui est à 5 minutes de distance (pour visiter Albi ou Toulouse par exemple).

Homeschoolers available all year long !
Nous sommes une famille composée de 2 adultes et 3 jeunes personnes. Nous pratiquons l'instruction en famille donc les enfants ne fréquentent pas d'école. De plus, nous télé-travaillons donc nous sommes très disponibles pour partir à n'importe quel moment de l'année.
Nous avons deux chats qui vivent dans le jardin.
