Flat in BARCELONA, Spain
Our house is a loft apartment, a former boxing club, at the center of Barcelona (2 minutes from Ramblas) of 140 m2 area, and office of architecture with 140 m2 more. There are 2 doble bedrooms with bathroom and a third bedroom for guests. The apartment is besides our office, so plenty of space and computers are available in case of remote working necessity. There is a Wolkswagen Golf sportsvan 4 years old avalaible. And finally there is an apartment in the island Majorca, at the protected area of Mondrago Natural Parc also avalaible (last 4 pictures), where we spent the whole august, so a non simultaneous swap is easy to fit.

Over onze familie
We are two architects and professors, 50 and 47 years old. Our kids are 19 and 17. Both play classical piano and the older is studying architecture. We speak spanish, catalán , french and english. Judith is french-canadian and the four of us are used to travel a lot.
