spacious house in the center of a historic small town in Zeeland, near the sea

our house is an authentic monument that sleeps 6 and consists of two facades with a central door, in a small romantic street, immediately behind the central harbor square of the city.
All shops are within walking distance within 5 minutes.

the livingroom and garden are in the back, in the front of the house there is an intimate room with an open fire.
downstairs on the left another room for relaxing and watching tv.
on the left upstairs is a bedroom for two.
on the right upstairs there is a bedroom and bathroom. In the bathroom are extra stairs leading to the attic
where you'll find another bedroom for two.

ons huis is een authentiek monument voor 6 personen en bestaat uit twee gevels met een centrale deur, in een klein romantisch straatje, direct achter het centrum van de stad.
Alle winkels bevinden zich op loopafstand binnen 5 minuten.

de woonkamer en tuin liggen aan de achterkant, aan de voorkant van het huis bevindt zich een intieme kamer met open haard.Beneden aan de linkerkant nog een kamer om te ontspannen en tv te kijken. Er is beneden ook een toilet met douche.
links boven is een slaapkamer voor twee personen.
rechts boven bevindt zich een slaapkamer en ruime badkamer. In de badkamer is een extra trap naar de zolder
met daar een slaapkamer voor twee personen.

an old street in the center of the town of Zierikzee, which has existed since 1540.
our house has been built in 1740.
It is a quiet street, but the center is right behind it, the harbor square, the old harbor, is a 2-minute walk away.
You will also find the shopping streets there.
On the other side there is the new harbour, where the mussel boats and tourist boats are moored. In the summer you can buy a ticket for a boat that sails up the Oosterschelde to see seals.

You can reach the beach of Burgh Haamstede or Renesse in 20 minutes by car. Large sandy beaches with beautiful bars for something to eat and drink.We also recommend the beaches of Vrouwenpolder and Dishoek, on the isle Walcheren (45 minutes drive)
