Family home in Guelph, Ontario (near Toronto) backing onto conservation forest and trails
Our home is located in the small and quiet city of Guelph, about 1 hour from Toronto. Our home backs onto Preservation Park forest, part of the Hanlon Creek Conservation Area. There are many kilometres of trails through the forest connecting to trails throughout the city. Deer are a common sight, as well as many other birds and animals. Here is a link to the trails in the area:

Our home has 3 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor (1 large master bedroom and 2 children's bedrooms), 3 bathrooms (2 with shower, 2 with bath, one bath is jacuzzi).
Our home has skylights throughout and our kitchen and sunroom are bright in the morning. Our family room has an TV with Apple TV (you can use our unlimited Netflix, CraveTV, Amazon streaming services), digital cable, DVD player and Wii. The family room also has a pull-out couch bed if you have guests. We have washer and dryer in the Laundry room; a dishwasher, stove and large fridge in the kitchen. We have central air conditioning and heat.
We have a partially finished basement with a large kid's playroom and an office with computer and high-speed internet and a pull-out couch (can be used as another sleeping room). We have a 2nd pull-out couch in the playroom. A second computer with internet is located on the 2nd floor. Good wifi and unlimited internet is available throughout the house and outside.
We have kids toys appropriate for 12-16 years old. We have lots of board games as well! We have 4 adult bicycles and 2 kids bicycles that are available to use. We also have lots of outside games, balls, etc.
Our home is located close to Highway 6 and Highway 401 (main East-West Highway in Ontario that connects Windsor to Toronto to Kingston to Montreal). We are near a city bus route, and a short walk to the neighbourhood shopping, pub, and restaurants. About 2km from our our city's mall with over 150 shops. It is very easy to get around the neighbourhood by foot or by bicycle.
