Quiet house with private pool near Toulouse
Our house is situated at the end of a path in a quiet neighborhood. The terrace with pool is not overlooked. Castelginest is a charming village at 12 kms from Toulouse, the "ville rose". " You can visit museums, stroll along the canal du midi, visit Airbus, the Cité de l'Espace... The Occitanie region is rich in tourist sites: Albi, Cordes, Auch, Carcassonne, Rocamadour, Saint Cirq Lapopie and the Pech Merle cave, Foix (Ariège, pyrénées) vineyards, gastronomy (foie gras, magret...).Bordeaux (2 hours driving or train). Dordogne (2h from Sarlat), Montpellier (2h45), Sète (2h30)...
Airports : Toulouse-Blagnac 20 min or Carcassonne 1h10
About Castelginest : it's a quiet village with many shops (3 bakeries making delicious croissants and baguettes...), 2 butchers, groceries, a wine merchant, restaurants (one gourmet, burgers, pizzas and even an irish pub !) banks, a cinema, parks...and a market every saturday morning.
Nuestra casa se encuentra al final de un callejón sin salida, tranquila, con vistas a la campiña.
Tiene una terraza y una piscina sin vis à vis.
CASTELGINEST está situado a 12 km de Toulouse.
El "ville rose ' es una hermosa ciudad." La ciudad del espacio, Aeroscopia, Airbus y muchos museos. Usted puede descubrir la región: Albi, Cordes, Auch, Figeac, Rocamadour, Carcassonne están a menos de 2 horas en coche, vinas, gastronomia (foie gras, magret...)

IT06767Tutto è stato molto semplice, la famiglia con la quale abbiamo scambiato è stata molto precisa in tutto fin dai primi contatti la casa era comoda, ordinata e in ottima posizione per visitare la regione. Apprezzata anche la piscina, che dopo una giornata di escursioni è veramente un toccasana. La famiglia è stata inoltre rispettosa di quanto gli è stato affidato (casa, auto).

The location is convenient for visiting Toulouse and the Pyrenees with a car, like we did. Even better with the recommendations from our kind host. Loved it and recommend it!
