Outside, you'll enjoy a large private garden, perfect for relaxing or spending time with family and friends.

The house is located in a quiet, safe rural area, with a supermarket just 1.5 km away. Free parking is available in front of the house.

It is an ideal base for exploring the region, with easy access to Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, and Évian-les-Bains. Nature lovers will also appreciate the nearby mountains and beautiful lakes, including Lake Geneva, Lake Annecy, and Lake Bourget. All contacts with the exchange family were very friendly - they prepared the house and our visit carefully and were also a lot of help during the visit. Their home was exactly as described/shown on the website. We very much like this form of holiday and recommend it whenever the holiday topic comes up!
