Delightful flat on the Adriatic Sea / Close to the mountains / 2h from Rome / What else? :)

“Buongiorno a tutti!”. Our apartment is situated at the third floor of a new building in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood of Francavilla a Mare (Pescara) very close to the Adriatic Sea. The apartment is very well-equipped and even if we have no view of the sea, it’s delightful & comfortable for holidays. You will like it (as all our former Intervac partners did), no doubt about that!

Abruzzo is the beach, Abruzzo is the mountain, warm & cool at the same time. With this exchange, we grant you an unforgettable, all-inclusive holiday! On the beach under the sun, on the hills under the mountain’s shade: no time to get bored! And Francavilla is first of all an enjoyable place for its possibilities of shopping and amusements: in summer climate is lovely and the beach is very near, we allow you to use our sun umbrella, rented for all the summer season, in a private beach. You can get there on foot, it takes only a few minutes. Also, Above you can have the opportunity to visit Rome, our beloved capital, maybe the most famous city in the world.

The apartment has got a living room with a daybed, a full-optional kitchen (dishwasher, traditional & electric oven), dining room with all facilities (LCD television, home cinéma & Hifi), a little hall with castle-bed, two bedrooms, a little bathroom and finally a long balcony running all around the apartment. You can accommodate eight people with no trouble. The sea’s closeness grants mitigated weather but we have got air conditioning and air ventilators too.

Our apartment is situated in Viale delle Driadi n° 6, at the third floor of a new building in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood of Francavilla a Mare (Pescara) very close to Adriatic Sea.

Environment is relaxing, we always had beautiful moments in this place. You know what? City’s pressure seems so far when you walk through the serene and sunny streets of the town. It’s our summer house, most of the year we live in Foggia, our birth city (south-east, down in Puglia, two hours by car from Naples).

Francavilla is first of all an enjoyable place for its possibilities of shopping and amusements: in summer climate is lovely and beach is very near, we allow you to use our sun umbrella, rented for all the summer season, in a private beach. You can get there on foot, it takes only a few minutes.
