We live in a apartment of 3 bed rooms (a parents bed room and 2 child rooms) on the 3d floor under the roof (penthouse apartment) with a studio combining a living and dining room as well as a kitchen. There is an elevator in the house. It is a newly built house (July 2019), situated in a walking distance to the city centre and railway station. The nearest grocery store is about 5 min on foot. There are a lot of walking paths in the nearby hills and forests, where you can also biking.
