House by the sea in lovely little Simrishamn, about 90 km to Malmoe. Also see SE 55725 our house in Abruzzo, Italy, 2,5 h from Rome.Mainly for rent but sometimes for exchange.

We are experienced exchangers looking for new adventures.
Our house was built in 1932 and has a lot of charm. It can easily host 8 people.
It's spacious, 170 sqm with a nice garden, several terraces and a nice garden-house where you can sit and enjoy the garden even if it's raining!
GROUNDFLOOR:
Livingroom (45 sqm)
Kitchen (38 sqm) in which you easily can sit 10 people around the table
Master bedroom, direct access to bathroom (shower and toilet)
FIRST FLOOR:
4 bedrooms (1 big, 2 smaller and 1 tiny)
1 big bathroom with shower, tub and toilet
BASEMENT:
1 toilet + 1 shower + washing facilities
The house is situated in a quiet area and still it is close to everything you need. It's just a 5- minute-walk to our nearest beach and from some of the bedrooms you can hear the waves rolling in if you open the windows. You will find a really good supermarket, shops, restaurants, a vegetable market and the railway station within a 10-minute-walk.
We like our house and we think that you will enjoy it too!

Sobre el vecindario
Simrishamn is situated on the south-east coast of Sweden and it is really an old pearl!
It's an old fishing town with about 20.000 inhabitants. It is the second most important fishing port in Sweden and a paradise for fish-loving people.
This part of Sweden is also famous for its beautiful scenery perfect for hiking, horsebackriding, biking or golf. !5 km north of Simrishamn you will find a fantastic national park called "Stens huvud".
The long-stretched beaches with its fine sand are comparable with any fine mediterranian beach but, the water is a little cooler here.
Many artists live here and the area hosts lots of small galleries. If you for some reason would like to visit any bigger towns we would recommend; Malmö, the third biggest town in Sweden, 90 km south of Simrishamn or Lund, the oldest university town in Scandinavia, 80 km west or why not Copenhagen in Denmark which is just 1,5 h by car from us.

Der Tausch erfolgt nicht gleichzeitig. Wir kommen erst im Juli nach Schweden, weshalb wir noch nicht endgültig eine Bewertung abgeben können. Aber wir haben uns bestens mit den Tauschpartnern verstanden. Sie waren trotz Schiunfalls ganz zufrieden.

The house and the garden in Simrishamn were very nice. And the surroundings beautiful. The location was close to everything. The apartment in Malmo was within walking distance to everything.

Dear Intervac-members!
We have been members for more than 20 years now and have made many successful exchanges, youth exchanges and hospitality-visits.
All our "children" have become young adults and have homes of their own, so, these days it's mostly Mikael and myself that travel together. But sometimes 1,2,3 or all 4 would like to accompany us!
Just like you we are very fond of travelling, meeting new people and cultures and exploring new spots in our wonderful world.
We are looking forward to your proposals and we will of course let you hear from us!
