Comfortable flat close to the sea side in LA ROCHELLE, France
It is always a pleasure to show our town to intervac friends, or possibly to welcome them for a few nights.
We will move in February 2026 to a large sunny flat with a nice balcony, about 300 meters from the sea-side.We will provide pictures as soon as our furniture will be there.
The building is modern (2021), we have nice neighbours. We live in the second floor, no neighbour above.
From there, you can easily go to the city center : by bike (10 mn), by foot (20 mn), or by bus or car.
We are retired and free to travel at any period. If you feel like coming here, don't hesitate to contact us and surprise us with a destination we had not expected.
We are ready to exchange the cars too.
If you are travelling in France, you can contact us and, why not, visit us.

About the neighborhood
The flat is in a quiet area, from the balcony you do not see or hear any cars. You can walk or go by bike to one of the beaches (La Rochelle has three beaches) or take a bike to go to the island Ré (a bridge connects the island with the city).
Supermarket, bakery, chemists ... are close to the flat, market every thursday with a lot of fresh products.
