House with a privalte pool
Our house is located five minutes from downtown in a residential area. We are well served by urban transport, shops, health services. The environment is quiet and conducive to relaxation. You can use the barbecue and dine in the garden in the shame of olive trees or on the terrasse or swimming in the pool.
Our house has 3 bedrooms with double beds, also a single bed in the mezzanine. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are very sunny south facing. They open into a large covered terrace. The bathroom is modern with an italian shower.
Located not very far the Mediterranean sea, Nîmes city has a population of 150000 inhabitants. Of the Roman period, Nîmes preserves outstanding monuments such as the Arenas, the Maison carrée or the Tourmagne.
The area has a mild climate but retains high temperatures during summer. This is a famous wine producting area.
You can quickly going to Montpellier (40 minutes by car) or Marseille (1 hour).
Paris is only 3 hours by train from Nîmes.

We live in a quiet away from the noise of the city place but we are also close to the city center well served by urban transport.
No very far you can found a shopping center with a variety of shops and services.
We are 50 km from Montpellier and Avignon; 100 km of the Cevennes mountains and 100 km of Marseille. Arles and Provence area are to 40 km. Beach and Mediterranean sea are also to 40 km.

À notre arrivée à la maison, nous sommes instantanément passés en mode vacances. La maison est magnifique, tout comme le terrain. La climatisation et la piscine ont rendu la chaleur de la région tout à fait supportable. La description sur le site est fidèle à la réalité et même mieux. Avec les palmiers, le soleil et la piscine, on se croirait dans un resort. Le quartier où se situe la maison est tranquille et sécuritaire. Nous avons beaucoup marché aux alentours et n’avons jamais ressenti la moindre crainte. On peut facilement se rendre à pied aux boulangeries et aux commerces du coin, et l’épicerie se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture.

Everything was perfect. I reccomend this family and their house, garden and pool to everybody who needs good vacation!

We are passionate about travel and have been in many countries. We are now twice retired.
We have 2 children : a girl 40 years and a son 37 years. We are also grandparents of 3 grandchildren.
Sometimes our children and grandchildren are with us during the holidays.
