Quiet, spacy flat in the heart of the city!
Hello!
We have got a flat in Vienna and a summerhouse at the Neufelderlake. AT 53805. So we can exchange both.
We can offer you our flat with 115 sqm. It is a typical viennes building with very high rooms and big doors. We have gitz two living rooms, both with sofas with sleeping options. One sleeping room and one room with an extra build in cosy top bed for 2 persons. Our windows go on both sides in yards, so you will hear no car noise at all.
We have got free Wlan. We have got Netflix for lazy evenings and heaps of books (most in German, some in English).
For all the attractions of Vienna we live rigth in the heart of it. But also green spots are very close. For exampel going to the "Wiener Wurstelprater"/ Riesenrad it´s really easy and also nice to reach with bicycles.
We can recommand you good spots to eat, to relax ( also with children), spots with good views and some attractions (St. Stephens Cathedral, Belvedere, Stadtpark, Hundertwasserhaus) are in walking distance.
If you want to see more capitals of Europe while you stay in Vienna some are very close: Bratislava (45 Min.), Budapest (2h 30) & Praha (4 hours),...
And also if you want to viste the mountains, they are in an daytrip reach: Rax und Schneeberg.

Wir bieten euch unsere 115m² große Wohnung an, in einem typischen Wiener Altbau mit hohen Räumen und Flügeltüren. Es gibt 4 Räume: Ein Schlafzimmer, zwei Wohnzimmer mit jeweils einem Schlafsofa und einem Zimmer mit eingebautem gemütlichen Hochbett für je 2 Personen.
Alles Sehenswürdigkeiten könnt ihr gut von uns öffentlich erreichen. Einige sogar zu Fuß: Belvedere, Hundertwasserhaus, Stadtpark,... Aber auch Erholungsräume wie der Wurstelprater/ Riesenrad sind nah. Zum Beispiel auch mit unseren Fahrrädern!
Wir können gute Lokale empfehlen, schöne Erholungsplätz sowie gute Aussichtspunkte!
Auch ander Hauptstädte sind leicht zu erreichen. Bratislava (45 min), Budapest und Prag in 4 Stunden,...
Selbst Berge über 1000m wie die Rax oder der Schneeberg sind mit einem Tagesausflug (und Seilbahn) gut zu erklimmen.

You will live rigth in the center of Vienna. 5 minutes walk away from Stadtpark. But also in a quiet part of Vienna. You will have neither car nor Pub noises in the flat.
S-train (top connection to the airport S7 or CAT), Underground, trains busses are all close and easy to reach.

Sie werden direkt im Herzen von Wien wohnen, 5 Minuten enfternt vom Stadtpark. Zentral aber ruhig, denn weder Straßenlärm noch Gastronomielärm werden sie in unserer Wohnung hören.
S-Bahn (Topverbindung zum Flaughafen ohne Umsteigen S7 or CAT), Straßenbahnen, Busse sind ganz in der Nähe.

Easygoing family, open minded
We are 4 persons. 2 adults and our two children 23y. and, 18y. old. I am working in a library and my husband is an professor for acting at the university. We are an easy going open minded family and do love both: City live and nature experience
Please no pets. But we can care for them in your home, if you like.
Wir sind zu 4. Mein Mann ist Schauspielprofessor und Theaterregiesseur und ich leite eine Bücherei. Unsere Kinder sind 23 und 18, aber wir werden vorraussichtlich zu 3. verreisen oder Freunde von unserem Sohn mitnehmen. Wir sind eine unkomplizierte und neugierige Famile, die beides liebt: Städtereisen sowie Erholung am Land.
Bitte keine Haustiere. Aber wir können sie bei euch füttern und pflegen, wenn ihr wollt.
