Centrally located, beautiful apartment with a breath-taking view of Danube River and Donaupark
The apartment is located next to the UNO building, right on the river. The location is very central, 6 stops by subway (U1) to St. Stephan Cathedral. It is a large apartment complex, with a great view of the Danube River, a park and the hills surrounding.The flat itself is on the 8th floor of a very modern apartment building. There is a big living room (45 m²) with an American kitchen with all appliances washing-machine, micro wave, dishwasher, ...) and a dining area, a balcony, one bedroom with a double-bed and a walk-in wardrobe and another room (which we use as a study) with another bed. The view from the flat is simply breath-taking. Alte Donau a unique recreation area is within walking distance - great for swimming, resting in a deck chairs or watching the ducks or swans go by. Sailboats or electroboats can be rented in a nearby location.

Nearest Airport: Vienna-Schwechat - 17km
Our apartment complex is located right on the bank of the Danube River, the 27km long Danube Island that divides the river is perfect for walking, cycling, jogging and swimming. The most beautiful Donaupark is just below, the view never gets bring.
The Metro (U1) is a 5 minutes walk away, the same stop at the UN Headquarters Vienna
The center of Vienna is only a short metro ride away - 7 minutes to St. Stephan's Cathedral
The area is car-free, a super-market is in the building, as well a restaurant and a small range of other shops.
