Flat situated on ground-floor of liberty cottage in Santa Marinella, delightful sea town 30 miles far from Rome, reachable in 40 minutes by train or bus or motorway.
In strategic position few miles far from archeological sites Romans and Etruscans( Tarquinia and Cerveteri) or very beautiful medieval " Popes town " ( Viterbo.
The whole zone is rich of termal baths and sea offers various amusement as ìsnorkelling surf-riding in winter, underwater foshing and sailing race.
Flat, very near to sea, include saloon, 3 bed-rooms,2 bathrooms a Kitchen fully furnished, laundry with external shower bath in 500 square metres garden.

Elegante quartiere sul mare, strada tranquilla ma vicina al centro città, con i negozi e il cinema all'aperto.
Bellissime sono le passeggiate che si possono fare a piedi o in bicicletta per raggiungere molteplici e caratteristiche insenature che si aprono sul mare.

About Our Family
La mia famiglia è composta da due persone; siamo due professionisti che dopo tanti anni di lavoro amano coltivare i loro molti interessi: viaggi, arte, sport, cucina....
Abbiamo molti amici con i quali ci piace passare ore piacevoli e principalmente viaggiare insieme.
Siamo soci di Intervac dagli anni '90 e nel 2023 siamo stati negli Stati Uniti a Washington e a Toronto e a Montréal in Canada, scambi sempre riusciti e soddisfacenti.
Lifestyle
Siamo due persone molto dinamiche, amanti dei viaggi, delle novità, della convivialità,anche se il lavoro ci lascia poco tempo.D'estate amiamo molto il mare e utilizziamo a volte una barca a vela con cui giriamo le meravigliose isole italiane.
Anche se il lavoro ci impegna molto troviamo sempre il tempo per i nostri hobbies .Amiamo gli animali e la buona cucina di tutto il mondo. Siamo personalmente impegnati nella vita sociale della nostra città.

CA51873We could not have had a better first exchange than the one we had with Paola. And since we both speak Italian, it was easy to communicate with her and her travelling companions. (In fact, we met them at our home when they arrived and they did the same when we arrived for our own non-simultaneous stay at their apartment). Their recommendations for places to eat, local highlights and attractions was a very nice touch, too. The apartment in Rome was ideally situated steps from the Vatican, and it gave us a chance to explore a neighbourhood that we did not know well beforehand. We would happily exchange with Paola again, and recommend her to others, as she and her companions took care of our home as if it were their own.
