Sevilla, Spanje

We have a very nice, large, familiar and comfortable house.
The house is surrounded by a lovely garden of 1.000 m2, with trees, and two areas with grass and lots of lovely flowerpots, we have our own swimming pool.

All the rooms are big and spacious. The house has beautiful and comfortable furniture. There are all modern appliances that every busy family home requires (washing machine, dishwasher ...etc.

Our home has 6 bedrooms and 3complete bathrooms with bath. and a small toilet . The bedrooms are: Two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 beds and and 3 bedrooms with one bed .

The other rooms of the house are the living room with 2 areas with a big window to the garden, a dining room, other dining room near the kitchen, the kitchen, a room with TV and the washroom with the washing machine.

We live in a small village (14.000 inhabitants) next to Sevilla, called Gines only five kilometers to Sevilla. Gines is very well communicated. By car takes less than 12 minutes to get to the Sevilla city center. You have also a bus stop right next to the house which takes you to Sevilla Centre in around 15 minutes.

Some cities blast you away, others slowly win you over. Seville disarms and seduces you. Its historic centre, lorded over by a colossal Gothic cathedral, is an intoxicating mix of resplendent Mudéjar palaces, baroque churches and winding medieval lanes. Flamenco clubs keep the intimacy and intensity of this centuries-old tradition alive whilst aristocratic mansions recall the city’s past as a showcase Moorish capital and, later, a 16th-century metropolis rich on the back of New World trade.

The Huelva beach is just 70 kilometers from our House.
1 hour by car or half hour by train is Cordoba and also Jerez de la Frontera, famous for the horses and the wine cellar. You can visit Granada, Cadiz, the “sunny coast” Malaga, also from here you can go on a trip to Tanger (Marocco) and Portugal.
