A beautiful place centre of city of Västerås in Sweden, lays this spacious villa that have a touch of peacefulness.

Location
* The villa has a big and green garden and private located,
* Near central of Västerås city and good transfer possibliities. 15 min to city core, shooping malls or bathing lake by bike.
* Good area for families with kids or elderly.
* Almost all Swedish people understand english language on good level. So its easy to communicate.
The house
* Spacious 195 m2 living area and land of app more than 1 000 m2.
* Big living room, TV with google streamers, sofas and dining area. Kitchen with seating table, micro, dishwasher. 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Laundry with washing machine and drying cabinet.
* Master bedroom has a king size bed (portabel crib are available) with high ceiling and balcony. Three other bedrooms which two has single beds and one with bed sofa queen size.
* Smaller second living room on upper floor including big sofa with panaroma window view facing forest.
The garden
* Terass deck almost all around villa with 2 seating areas facing sunny south west and one facing south.
* Conservatory with transparant roof with glass walls attached with main house and separate door.
* Also one seating area with stone tiled place for dinner out besides greenhouse.
* Specific plants and flowers architect around flowerbeds.
Spa
* We also have a outdoor bathtube which is heated by wood.
* Barbeque fireplace
* Large Hammock and two relaxing sunbath beds.
Playtime
* Trampoline in the garden, basketball net, Ping-Pong table.
* Football, basketball, tennis, badminton, fishing equipment,
* Real play areas for football, basket, badminton, bowling is 5 min walk nearby.
* Near entertainment center (Rocklunda) with ice hockey, floorball, bandy, football matches, training/aerobics, bowling, tennis, squash, gym, badminton, forest running, forest biking, outdoor training etc.
* Nice golf possibilities nearby (Frösåker CC, Västerås GK, Skerike GK, Fullerö GK etc). 2 full sets of golfclub and wagon can be used if you are experienced in golf sport.

* Possible car exchange with our other electronic/hybrid SUV or Volvo combi.

* 1 hour to Stockholm by car, 45 min by train. 1 hour to Uppsala by car.

* Västerås in Sweden is called the engineering town, Big global companies are from Västerås.
* Big power car meeting is in Västerås during 4 days. Exclusive Car festival. If you like cars this is a must.

Very good summer exchange vacation and everything was smooth and easy. House with pool and surroundings was superb. Family was kind and nice. Our children really liked the cat and fun with hens with fresh eggs from the garden. We can recommend this Intervac family and destination.
Positivt, superbra läge och område. 10 min till stranden. Bra bil.AC var guld värt. Förbättringsområde, kändes som deras andra hus. Dvs ganska mycket grejer och tyvärr lite o ordning. Det var deras första byte så jag tror de upptäckte hos oss hur strukturer allt är. Ex bestick i kökslådorna. De ordnar nog det för nästa byte. Eller så kanske det är lite kulturellt.
La vivienda cumplía nuestras expectativas. Estaba situada en un lugar tranquilo y bien comunicado. Todo fue muy bien

We are a family of Peter and Lina and our wonderful boys Tor and Vide. Peter likes finance area and also interested of history and art and works as manager. Lina has scientist background and nowadays works as teacher. Lina likes to create and design.
Tor likes football, basketball and media IT world. Vide likes ball sports and computer games.
We have a dog named Ninja, Danish-swedish Farmdog. Dog will be at Linas parents during your visit. We also have two cats named Kosmo & Sniff. Cats will be with Linas sister during your visit.
We really like pets and animals. So we can take care of your pets during exchange if its suitable for both of us.
We have traveled alot and are international and easy going. We like this house exchange concept and to really get close to the visiting country and let our children understand different places of the world.
