A lovely sun filled home with glorious water, city and mountain views.
A modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in a gorgeous waterside suburb. PLEASE NOTE THE TWO DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM ONLY ARE AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE. This is a recent decision by us to exclude upstairs.
We love the area because of its walks, it's views and it's proximity to everything.

About Our Family
Paul and I are retired from business. We are experienced exchangers having completed in excess of 40 exchanges over the last 25 years or so. We have 4 children and several grandchildren. We love travel and experiencing new cultures. We enjoy both cities and more rural areas. We love skiing so are always interested to hear from members with homes in alpine areas. We also love beaches and the ocean. We're open to all offers. We have a family holiday home that we utilise to enable non synchronised exchanges.
Lifestyle
We love where we live because it means we can indulge all our passions even when at home.
Hobart is full of fabulous restaurants and Tasmania is well known for it's fabulous cool climate wines.
We have loads of cultural events throughout the year and we are blessed to have great live theatre, the TSO, MONA and TMAG and lots of fabulous art venues.
We can do heaps of walks right from our doorstep, but we can indulge in longer walks too within the State. Tasmania is well known for its fabulous wilderness. There are so many day and multi day walls here you'll need forever to fulfil them all.
Also known for its many and varied golf courses, in excess of 50. Barnbougle is in the north of the state and Cape Wickham the NW of the state to name two of our very highly regarded courses. Trout fishing is also of World class standard, there are hundreds of lakes and tarns to cast a fly in.
We love the water and are happy to have fabulous water views from our home, the shore is only metres from home and the nearest beach is within walking distance. If you want to see the finish of the Sydney Hobart yacht race then you only need to wander up Rosny Reserve just behind our home.
We can even ski here in Tasmania but unfortunately snowfalls are not consistent so that is something we do like to leave the State to do.
We love travelling and really enjoy cities, regional areas and rural/remote experiences when home exchanging.
We are fortunate to have a 2nd home, a family holiday home, where we spend much of our time so are able to accommodate non synchronised exchanges in most cases.
