The apartment is located in a well-maintained apartment building with 11 apartments, in a quiet and safe area of Novalja. The town center can be reached in a pleasant 10-minute walk along the seaside promenade. In the immediate vicinity, all essential amenities are available, including shops, cafés and restaurants, a bank, post office, health center, and police station.
