Our duplex flat is situated in La Chapelle Saint Mesmin, 5km from Orléans city center. It's in a quiet building (only 6 flats) with friendly neighborhood. It's a quiet small residence, only 2 buildings.We have a private parking space, inside the residence.
We have a nice park, with a private access to the river Loire. You'll enjoy walking, running or cycling there !
You can reach Orléans city center with bus, tramway or bycicle along the river Loire.
We have large and bright rooms, and a large terrace where you can have meals, read...or just enjoy the view on the park.
On first floor, you'll find :
a dressing room (we'll leave room for you...),
first bedroom with 2 beds 90cm,
bathroom (large shower and sink),
separate toilet,
kitchen with microwave, induction hob, oven and refrigerator,
and a large space for living room and dining room. smart TV, stereo and fiber internet...
Dressing room, bedroom and living room are openning onto the terrace.
An easy staircase in the dining room leads to the second floor, with bearing and corridor opening on ;
an office,
a second bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm),
a third bedroom with 140cm bed
a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet,
a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing station
Our flat is on third and last floor, with no elevator. Perfect for fitness !

Our spacious flat is perfect for a trip to visit the center of France. Proximity with public swimming pool (1km), library, shopping center, various shops and highway for Paris or other Loire Valley cities.

Our flat is well located as you can reach both Paris and the Loire Castles in one hour either by train or car. You can also easily reach the "Loire à Velo", traveling along the Loire River.

Orléans is a nice old city, with medieval houses, nice museums and delightful restaurants.
You can walk or cycle along welle arranged docks, have a meal or a drink along the river.

Die Beschreibung entspricht dem Heim, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier, nahe der Loire. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für erholsame Ferien notwendig ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, auch unser Heim wurde sauber und ordentlich verlassen.
Die Stadt (Orleans) ist leicht mit dem Auto oder auch mit den Fahrrädern zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist schön, es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu sehen.
