The flat is located in the 14th district of Paris, in a very quiet pedestrian street surrounded by a green environnment, 5 minutes by feet of Montsouris, one of the biggest and more beautiful parc in Paris.

100 meters square with 4 bedrooms, 1 living-room and 2 bathrooms, in a building of 7 floors.
In the neighborhood you can find a market place, a grocery, and several restaurants (Italian, japanese, libanese...).
Transports are well équiped and close of the appartment.

As a conclusion, a nice occasion to enjoy vacations in the city of Lights.
