Looking for exchange in 2018 during summer holidays or shorter stays during the year (35 min from Brussels, 1h30 from Brugge and the sea, 25 min from France, 1h15 from Netherlands, 2h from Germany and Luxemburg and 20 min from Mons)

Our house : she is adjoining on one side, pleasant, bright, brand new, low energy (almost passive) and comfortable. She was built in 2014. At the ground floor, we find a hall, a toilet, a large living room (where we take our meals) with television, computer, DVD and video player, a fully-equipped open kitchen (with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.), a scullery (with washing machine, tumble-dryer), a yard (with garden furniture), a garden; on the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms : parent room has a double bed, two children rooms have bunk beds, and a bathroom (with bath and shower), a small office room (with computers and permanent free Internet access) and a toilet; on the 2nd floor, we have 1 large room (with a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. The house is in Wallonia in the province of Hainaut between Mons (15 km) and Brussels (45 km).

La maison : elle est mitoyenne, agréable, lumineuse, neuve, basse énergie (presque passive) et confortable. Elle a été construite en 2014. Au rez-de-chaussée, on y trouve un hall d'entrée, un large séjour (où nous prenons nos repas) avec télévision, lecteur dvd et vidéo, une cuisine équipée (avec cuisinière électrique, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, etc), une buanderie (avec lave-linge, sèche-linge) et une toilettes, une terrasse (avec meubles de jardin), un jardin; au 1er étage, on a 3 chambres (avec dans une, un lit double, dans l'autre, 2 lits superposés), un bureau (avec ordinateurs et accès permanent à Internet), une salle de bain (avec bain et douche) et une toilette; au 2ème étage, on a 1 grande chambre (avec un lit double), une salle de douche. La maison se trouve en Wallonie dans la province du Hainaut entre Mons (15 km) et Bruxelles (45 km).
