Betsy and Ken were wonderful, friendly, and very accommodating exchange partners! Everything was discussed calmly, carefully, and with mutual consideration, and we felt very welcome. They also left our home clean and tidy, so there were absolutely no issues. This trip was by far the highlight of our home-swapping experience!
