On barrier island on the west coast of Florida. Less than one hour to Tampa airport. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 balconies, 2 minutes to beautiful sandy beach.
Beautiful newly remodeled living area with open plan kitchen.
The beach is just across the street, about a two minute walk.
Our outside temperature is lowered by our closeness to the Gulf. We like to sit on the beach at sunset and enjoy the breeze off the water.
Lots of restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance, three of them within two blocks.
Tampa and St. Petersburg are close enough to drive to for dinner, a play, or an art museum. Clearwater Beach with its famous beaches and shops is about a fifteen minute drive.
Orlando with Disney World and all the other attractions is less than a two hour drive. You may want to spend time in the Everglades or drive over to Cape Canaveral. It is about a three hour drive to Sanibel Island, "seashell capital of the world."

About Our Family
We are an older couple. I write; he is a photographer. We have had many lovely exchanges, and plan to have many more. I look forward to visiting with you.
Lifestyle
We love to travel. We love Paris, J'aime parler le français avec les françaises, also small places in France or the UK with good train service to Paris or London. One or two family members may want to join us. We will not want to drive but have a car for use here. We will enjoy including it with the exchange.
We want to find a place where everything we need is within walking distance that also has good public transportation for the other places we'll want to explore. We've been successful exchangers forever.
Ours is a large condo on the west coast of Florida two minutes from our beach. Our barrier island is 17 miles long and although we've not done it, I understand one can walk from one end to the other on the beautiful sandy beach. The parallel road has a bike lane so perhaps you would find biking more to your taste.
