Duplex Penthouse in Premià de Dalt (Barcelona/Spain)
It's a big duplex penthouse, luminous, homely and fully equipped. It's our first residence.The flat is optimum for six, but it can accomodate until eight people with a big sofa.
We have two children: One girl (21 years) and one boy (18 years), but usually they don't travel with us.
And also two cats (Wendy and Dori)

Onze buurt
Desde hace cinco años vivimos en Premià de Dalt, una población cercana a Barcelona, a 20 Km. Es un pueblo muy tranquilo y acogedor muy bien situado entre el mar y la montaña. El pueblo tiene todos los servicios esenciales (mercado, supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes, consultorio medico, biblioteca...). Muy cerca de casa, hay la parada del autobús que permite bajar hasta Premià de Mar (a 2km), donde pasa el tren para ir a Barcelona.

Over onze familie
Formamos una familia de cuatro personas: Ricard (52), Ruth (50), Clara (22), Arnau (18) y dos gatas (Dory y Wendy), las cuales son muy tranquilas. Nos dedicamos a la educación, somos profesores. Clara estudia magisterio y juega a baloncesto y Arnau estudia danza y publicidad. Cuando vivíamos en Barcelona, empezamos nuestra aventura con Intervac pero al mudarnos a Premià de Dalt hicimos una pausa y ahora lo retomamos. Nos gusta mucho viajar y descubrir nuevos lugares. Además nos gusta mucho la propuesta de intercambiar casa y conocer otras familias.
Lifestyle
Somos una familia que nos consideramos inquieta, con diferentes intereses por la cultura, el deporte y la naturaleza. Nos gusta ir al cine, al teatro y ver exposiciones así como hacer excursiones y conocer otras ciudades y paises. Formamos parte de una familia muy numerosa con la que también hacemos muchas actividades. También nos sentimos comprometidos con el territorio y con la sociedad; por eso participamos en actividades que se producen en nuestro pueblo, comarca y ciudad. La propuesta de Intervac siempre nos ha gustado porque sentimos que acogemos en nuestra casa como nos acogen a nosotros.

Die aussichtsreiche Lage und das wunderbare Sommerwetter haben unsere kühnsten Hoffnungen übertroffen. Die Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps unserer Gastfamilie konnten wir erfolgreich umsetzen.
Die Familie war überaus freundlich, reagierte rasch auf Anfragen und hinterliess unser Haus in einwandfreiem Zustand.
Wir können Ruth, Richard und Familie für einen weiteren Austausch ohne Einschränkung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

PL1015910Beautiful, two-level apartment with a view of the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. Inside everything you need for a very comfortable holiday. A great starting point for exploring Catalonia. A quiet, peaceful town and at the same time very close to the sea and Barcelona.
Great contact with the family. The hosts' daughter gave us a huge help on the day of departure!
This was one of the best exchanges in our history at Intervac.
There is absolutely nothing to complain about. I highly and sincerely recommend it!
