hundred year old town house just by the most beautiful place in Brittany
Our house is located near the center of the famous town of Lannion, the very cradle of telecom and yet, a quite traditional Breton town. The pink granit coast is 20 minutes away and cultural and outdoor activities are numerous nearby.
The house is old but well maintained. We have been living there for 4 years now: 2 teenagers, 2 adults and a cat. The house has a front garden on the front and a small court at the back. There are 3 bedrooms :1 master bedroom on the first floor and 2 on the second floor (1 person). An extra bed (1 person) is in the study room.There is one bathroom (shower). Kitchen, dining room and living room are on ground floor.
