Il est situé au 3° étage avec ascenseur, dans une résidence fermée, avec parkings.
Pratique et agréable, il inclut tout le confort et se compose de 4 pièces, dont 2 chambres et 1 bureau. Il peut accueillir 4 personnes (1 grand lit double, 1 lit simple transformable en 2 places, plus 1 canapé transformable en un lit simple pour enfant).
Il est lumineux, traversant est/ouest, avec vue sur les montagnes. Le séjour et la chambre principale donnent sur le parc privé de la résidence, avec de grands arbres et beaucoup d’oiseaux, et dont on profite grâce à un grand balcon. Ces 2 pièces sont climatisées.
Confortable, avec beaucoup de livres (dans plusieurs langues), de musique, une TV écran plat (avec Netflix), des cartes et des guides de randonnées.
Il est très calme et pourtant à 10/15 minutes à pied d’un grand parc et du centre-ville. Il est desservi par un tram à 5 mn et par un bus devant notre portail, ce qui permet d’aller partout en ville et même dans les montagnes des environs. Nous avons aussi 2 vélos pour utiliser les nombreuses pistes cyclables de la ville.

Our apartment is situated on the 3rd floor wih lift, in a closed residence block with parking places. It is practical and agreable and has all comforts. The apartment is composed of four rooms of which two are bedrooms and one an office. The apartment can house four persons : There is one large double bed , one simple bed which can be converted into a double bed and a sofa which can be transformed into a bed for a child.

The apartment is luminous, oriented east/west and has a view of the nearby mountains. The sitting room and main bedroom overlook the private park of the residence block, which has large trees and welcomes many birds. There is also a large balcony overlooking the park. The sitting room and main bedroom are climatized.

As said above the apartment is very comfortable, with books in several languages (French, English, Spanish and German), music (hifi and piano), TV with a large screen and Netflix. There are also many maps ang guides for hiking in the hills and mountains.

The residence is very calm and only 10/15 minutes on foot to the centre of Grenoble. There is a also
a bus station in front of the residence and a metro station very close, which enable one to go anywhere in town and even in the nearby hills. We have two bicycles, which can be used on the many bicycle paths in the town and surrounding countryside.
